Are you looking for a coach who knows the world as a manager? My coaching is focused on the development of you as a manager. What makes you happy? The starting point is your development needs, we work with your own cases, bottlenecks and challenges.

Together we work with a positive energy on your personal leadership, with attention for Happiness at Work, leadership roles etc.
After an intake interview we draw up a plan to address the questions you have. I use methods from positive psychology, solution-oriented coaching and the Leading with Happiness approach.
